Weeping Pinks

This was one of those photographs where the best vantage point was from the puddle of water in the street. I remember lying in it to get the focus and framing. I remember figuring out a way to keep the camera out of the water and have an umbrella over it. But my biggest memory is making sure I didn’t forget that I was lying in the street and hence subject to being run over.
